SOLUTION: This method for greening the slope portion of a building comprises applying a water-proof treatment to the slope portion (zinc roof) 1 of the building, developing a net-like or uneven sheet-like anti-slipping means 4 on the upper surface of the water-proof treatment portion in a state bound to the slope side of the water-proof treatment portion, and applying a plant- growing soil 8 so as to bury the anti-slipping means 4.
