Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an omnidirectional glass antenna for automobile with high sensitivity by providing all or part of a 2nd antenna conductor onto a insulator layer, placed on all or part of a 1st antenna conductor placed on a window pane of an automobile. SOLUTION: An insulator layer 6 is provided to the part of an automobile window glass pane 1, on which a 1st antenna conductor 3 and a 2nd antenna conductor 4 cross with each other. Since the 1st antenna conductor 3 mainly receives a horizontally polarized wave, the 1st antenna conductor 3 consists mainly of horizontal elements. However, since the 2nd antenna conductor 4 is placed around in the middle of the window glass pane 1 in the horizontal direction and mainly receives a vertically polarized wave, the 2nd antenna conductor 4 consists mainly of vertical elements. Or the insulator layer 6 may be placed on the entire 1st antenna conductor 3, or all or part of the 2nd antenna conductor 4 may be placed further on the insulator layer 6. However, in order to reduce cost, placing the insulator layer 6 onto part of the 1st antenna conductor 3 is preferable.
