Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image heating device and an image forming device capable of properly confirming the replacement time of a cleaning roller by detecting the quantity of a deposit on the cleaning roller. SOLUTION: This image heating device has a rotating body 34 abutting on a recording material holding an image and a cleaning roller 71 for cleaning the surface of the rotating body, and is used for heating the image on the recording material to be carried with the rotating drive of the rotating body 34. In this case, the device has a deposition detection means 75 for detecting the quantity of a deposit recovered on the cleaning roller 71.
