Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sales promotion and added value service to a customer joining a performance by receiving an attending record so as to store in a database and counting using points by each customer by the work of a point counting processing part. SOLUTION: At the time of entering a performance place, a customer inserts a customer card 4 to an information terminal device 10 with an admission ticket or an entrance fee. The identification number of the customer is stored in the card 4, and the device 10 temporarily stores various information related with participation in a performance as an attending record in connection with an identification number. The device 10 transmits the attending record to a database center 50 every prescribed time. The center 50 puts the transmitted information in order, updates the point value of each customer and analyzes data at need. Points are given for utilization promotion and fixing of the customer like this.
