Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unevenness of a thickness of a kneaded material layer on a surface of a base layer. SOLUTION: The mechanism 100 for setting a gap between upper and lower rollers comprises upper and lower retaining rollers 10 and 11 vertically arranged at a gap through a conveying route P of a base layer, and an air cylinder mechanism 102 arranged above both ends of a shaft 106 of the roller 10. The apparatus for manufacturing a building board comprises air cylinder mechanisms 100 each having upper and lower piston rods 126 and 128 respectively coupled to both ends of a piston 124 of an air cylinder 122. In this case, the rod 128 is extended from a lower end of the cylinder 122, coupled to ends of the shaft 106, and a downward movement inhibiting member 130 is thread engaged with the extended portion of the cylinder 122 from its upper end. A gap setting member 140 is separably inserted into and held between the member 130 and the upper end of the cylinder 122 to set the gap. |
