Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet, for radiation noise suppression, which prevents generation of other radiant waves and which can restrain and reduce that a radiation noise which is leaked from an electronic apparatus is propagated to the circumference. SOLUTION: An Mn-Zn-based ferrite powder 2 is mixed with a resin, and a flexible sheetlike body 1 is manufactured. At this time, the particle size of the ferrite powder is set at 10 μm or higher, and it is set at half or lower of the thickness of the sheetlike body. In addition, the filling amount of the ferrite powder is set at 80 wt.% or higher. In addition, as an additive to a ferrite material texture, TiO2, CaO and MoO3 are added.
