Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a product having a sufficient thickness without any joint of the pattern by a method wherein after applying a pattern to a rear face of a thermoplastic resin transparent plate, a down side is preformed so as to become projected, and a thermoplastic resin containing a filler is melt- extruded to the rear face of the thermoplastic resin-made transparent plate to be integrated. SOLUTION: A pattern 2 is applied to a plane thermoplastic resin-made transparent plate 1. Then, it is preformed to a side having the pattern 2 to become projected. Then, it is turned downside, thermoplastic resin 3 containing a filler is melt-extruded to its upper side, kept in a mold space between a top force 4 and a bottom force 4', and upper side and lower side materials are integrated by heating and pressurizing. After completion, the top force 4 and the bottom force 4' are opened and a product is taken out. That is, a side to which the pattern 2 is applied is reinforced by the thermoplastic resin 3, and a side to which the pattern 2 is not applied is used as a surface of a final product. Thereby, a product which has no joint as the pattern of the product but has a sufficient thickness in plastic on the pattern can be manufactured.
