PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intensively prepare a cylindrical belt even when fluidity of a molding material is poor and to avoid generation of seam and flash. SOLUTION: In this molding apparatus, an inner mold 1 with an approximately cylindrical column-like shape and an outer mold 3 with an approximately cylindrical shape arranged on the outer peripheral part of the inner mold 1 in such a way that a gap 8 whose both top and bottom end parts are sealed is provided are relatively freely slidably provided in their longitudinal direction and an injection nozzle 5 for injecting a molding material M into the gap 8 is provided. At the first stage for molding, a space formed by the gap 8 between the inner mold 1 and the outer mold 3 is decreased by sliding the outer mold 3 to the inner mold 1 in one direction and under the condition, the molding material M is fed into the gap 8 and at the second stage for molding, while the space is increased by sliding the outer mold 3 to the inner mold 1 in the other direction, under the condition, the molding material M is fed into the gap 8. It is possible thereby to fill the molding material M into the gap 8 and to mold a cylindrical belt.
