Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure allowing a foundation to be freely provided with pits and a rail surface plate and facilitating layout change. SOLUTION: U-shaped grooves 18 serving as form members for forming pits 16 are arranged in desired positions on a mat foundation 14 which is a flat structure body, and a filler is filled around the U-shaped grooves 18 up to the upper face level. A rail rular table 17 is disposed in a desired position on the mat foundation 14, and a filler is filled up to the upper face level of the rail rular table 17. The U-shaped grooves 18 serving as the form members for forming the pits 16, and the rail rular table 17 are arranged in the desired positions on the mat foundation 14 which is the flat structure body, and the filler is filled up to the upper face level. Concrete 22 is used as the filler. Sand 19 is used as the filler, and finishing concrete 20 is placed on the upper face. The structure body is supported by piles 15 independently of a foundation of a building.
