Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variation in strength of hot air and the unevenness of temperature distribution in the inner box of a cooker. SOLUTION: A cooker is composed of a heat insulating box 3 formed of a heat insulating material 2, an inner box 6 which is housed in the box 3 and houses an object to be cooked, and an electric heater H which heats the object to be cooked housed in the inner box 6. The cooker is also composed of a straight fan 9 which leads the hot air from the heater H into the inner box 6, and is provided with straight fins extended outward from the center. The fan 9 is normally and reversely rotated at every prescribed time. |
