Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated electrolytic chemical conversion treated steel sheet capable of improving the adhesion property and corrosion resistance of the resin films in the recessed parts of worked parts, such as embossed parts and beaded parts, of large-sized containers, such as 18-L cans and pail cans. SOLUTION: This steel sheet is formed by forming the electrolytic chemical conversion treated film having a metal chromium layer of 10 to 200 mg/m2 and an oxide chromium layer of 3 to 20 mg/m2 in terms of metal chromium on the metal chromium layer on the surface of the steel sheet and further coating the surface of the electrolytic chemical conversion treated film with an organic resin film. The alkaline soluble component in the oxide chromium layer is 1 to 15 mg/m2 in terms of metal chromium and the center line average height Ra of the steel sheet formed with the electrolytic chemical conversion treated film is 0.05 to 0.45 μm. The depth DT of dull grains is within a range below 0.05 to 0.45 μm. |
