Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving closet seat device which enables a user to directly transfer from a wheeled chair to a closet seat even if the wheeled chair cannot enter a toilet for ordinary homes. SOLUTION: This device is provided with arms 12a and 12b for freely rotatably grasping legs 7 of the closet seat 5 of a seating type at one end and are provided with moving means 13a and 13b for freely slidably moving the arms 12a and 12b with respect to a toilet side wall 1a. Further, the arms 12a and 12b are formed freely rotatably around one end on the side connected to the moving means 13a and 13b as a fulcrum. In addition, linear motors 16 having freely extensible and contractable cylinders are disposed between the arms 12a and 12b and the moving means 13a and 13b.
