Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely detoxify waste ozone to enable to release to the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The water 2 in a bath tub 1 is sucked by a filter pump 3 and the impurity in the water 2 is removed by a dust removing device 4 and a filter 5. The ozone generated at an ozone generator 8 is added to the water 2 after removing the impurity by an ejector 9 and mixed uniformly by a mixer 10. The mixture is conducted to an ozone reaction column 12, and the water 2 is purified by allowing the water 2 to react with the ozone. The purified water 2 is returned to the bath tub 1 by interposing a heat exchanger 7. The vapor waste ozone generated in the ozone reaction column 12 at the time of purifying the water is collected at a waste ozone reservoir 13. The waste ozone is conducted to a gas-water separator 15 to execute gas-water separation, and the waste ozone after the gas-water separation is conducted to a thermally decomposing device 16 to subject to heat treatment. The separator having the structure in which the gas-water separation is executed by colliding the vapor waste ozone to a gas-water separation plate is used as the gas-water separator 15 to completely remove the moisture in the waste ozone. In this way, the treating efficiency at the thermally decomposing device 16 is improved and the waste ozone is completely detoxified.
