Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve taste of water more and to provide the water excellent to health too by performing water purifying treatment for controlling mineral components and making clusters in the water small. SOLUTION: In the water purifying treatment which introduces treating water into an aggregation and precipitation treating part 4 and a filter treating part to purify the water, a water path part 13 consisting of a ceramic material, a ceramic straightening wall 9 arranged in the inside of the water path part 13, an electromagnetic wave generation part 10 and an ultrasonic wave generation part 11 installed in the water path part 13 are provided on the device and besides an ion exchange treatment device is provided and ion exchange control is performed by introducing and passing the treating water through it, thus the water purifying effect is more enhanced.
