Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of a rotary tiller with a tractor when lifting the rotary tiller. SOLUTION: A tillage depth-regulating screw rod 18 for regulating the depth to be tilled is freely rotatably supported at the upper end part of a mast 9 of a rotary tiller 1 in a slant state so that the front side may be positioned at the upper part and the rear side may be positioned at the lower side, and a handle 24 bent in an L-shape is attached to the upper end part at the front side of the tillage depth-regulating screw rod 18 so that the position may be regulated upper and lower. When changing the tillage depth, the tillage depth can easily be regulated by moving the grip part 24a of the handle 24 upward. Under the tillage operation, the grip part 24a of the handle 24 is moved downward, and positioned at the lower part at the rear side from the upper end part of the tillage depth-regulating screw rod 18.
