Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the reservation for applications of the facilities or traffic means and also to grasp the situations of the destination facilities by notifying the traffic means or destination facilities of the reservation information by means of the contact information stored in a guiding script. SOLUTION: A user designates his/her desired action plan and requests a relevant guiding script to a server 2 from an input/output part 15 via a communication means 11 of a user terminal 1 and a network 3. The guiding script, i.e., the contents which are designated by the server 2 are downloaded into the terminal 1 and then stored in a storage part 14. A contact means 100 of a guiding script processing part 10 starts the means 11 to dispatch a message to one of traffic means or various facilities 4 which are set on the guiding script and performs the reservation processing to the facility 4. If the facility 4 cannot accept the reservation (due to the full capacity, etc.), a reply is sent back to the terminal 1 and the terminal 1 presents the situation information to the part 15.
