Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive circuit having a backup function. SOLUTION: A bypass circuit 18 for connecting a switch circuit 14 to a relay circuit 15 without passing through a CPU 11 is provided. Therefore, even if the CPU 11 becomes inoperative, a driver's seat can be longitudinally slid through the bypass circuit 18, and the reclining angle can be adjusted. Accordingly, a motor drive circuit 1 having a backup function is provided.
