SOLUTION: When arranging tillage tines 11 on a tillage shaft 10 of a rotary tiller, plural tine holders 17 are attached to the same rotary surface of the tillage shaft 10, and both of a left tillage tine L for casting away the soil in the left direction and a right tillage tine R for casting away the soil in the right direction are attached to a single holder 17 in combination.
