Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an onboard information communication system capable of informing a user of a command and a state value without being charged. SOLUTION: At the arrival of an incoming call in a step 31, caller information is analyzed in a step 32. When no center connection is discriminated in a step 33, line connection is made in a step 34 and usual processing is conducted in a step 35. When the usual processing is finished, interrupt processing is made in a step 36. When center connection is discriminated in the step 33, number of calling times is counted in a step 38. When the number of calling times exceeds a maximum value in a step 39, the processing after the step 34 is executed. When the number of calling times does not exceed the maximum value, whether or not a connection request stop signal is received is discriminated in a step 40. When the connection request stop signal is received therein, command recognition is processed in response to the number of calling times.
