Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an onboard information communication system capable of informing a user of a command and a state value without being charged. SOLUTION: A caller side on board information communication equipment is provided with a dial means 3 that calls out a callee side onboard information communication unit, means 3, 5, 9 that make a call by a predetermined number of times corresponding to a command and a state value, and a means 3 that interrupts the call after making a call by a predetermined number of times. The callee side onboard information communication equipment is provided with a means 5 that counts number of times of calling, means 5, 8 that do not respond to a call when number of times of calling reaches a prescribed number of times in the case that the call comes from an onboard information communication equipment registered in advance, and a means 6 that executes a processing in response to the instructed command and state value. Thus, the user can be informed of the command and the state value without being charged.
