Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide kneading equipment of which the roof does not hinder thrusting-in of a bucket due to simple construction thereof or to provide a simple building which is easy to assemble and disassemble and resistant to destruction and a fire. SOLUTION: This kneading equipment has a rotary support 21 supporting a roof 2 tiltably and a line 23 fitted to the roof 2, and when kneading materials are thrown into the kneading equipment 1, the roof 2 is tilted around the rotary support 21 as a fulcrum by applying a force to the line 23. In another way, the roof is formed by assembling steel materials on the ground and the assembled roof is hoisted and mounted on the top of walls formed of products of concrete.
