Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a powdered paint difficultly affected with vibration in transportation and elapse of time by suppressing the separation of a surface reforming agent added to and mixed with resin powder. SOLUTION: A surface reforming agent is fed from a feeder 10 through a resin hose 11 into an addition process where the surface reforming agent is added to resin powder. The surface reforming agent is electrified due to friction between the hose 11 and the agent itself, and therefore adsorptive power due to static electricity makes the agent firmly attach to the resin powder. |
