Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an amount of a developer constant even when the developer continuously files from an equal through hole by setting a first voltage or a second voltage larger than the first voltage to discrete electrodes in accordance with an output signal from an AND circuit. SOLUTION: After waiting for a signal from an AND circuit 46 to be applied to discrete electrodes 36 surrounding each of holes 34. When the signal is inputted, a voltage is applied as a first voltage value (V1) to the discrete electrodes 36. At the same time, a timer function of a voltage control part 50 is started. The timer measures a time of a constant cycle (T) for a pulse generator 42 to generate pulses 44. Whether or not a next signal to be applied to the discrete electrode 36 of the same hole is inputted from the AND circuit is judged after the passage of time. When the next input signal from the AND circuit 46 is present at the time point, the application voltage of the signal is applied as a second voltage value (V2) to the discrete electrode 36. The V2 is larger than the V1. The timer function for a next time is started again. |
