SOLUTION: In a method for producing a metal foil composite member by bonding a metal foil to the surface of a plate-shaped substrate through an adhesive, as the adhesive, a solventless or inorg. solvent type thermosetting adhesive containing a dispersible filler is used and the content of the dispersible filler is set to 1-90 vol.% and the particle size thereof is set to 5-200 μm.
