Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly remove even a foreign matter of low specific gravity and also enable applying of this method to a highly concentrated cement slurry by allowing passage of the cement slurry while a slit platelike filter with a specific weave aperture is vibrated between a mixing process and a sheet making process of a fiber-reinforced cement plate material. SOLUTION: A slitlike filter 2 with a slitlike opening 1 having 2-15 mm weave aperture is arranged between a mixing process and a sheet making process of a fiber-reinforced cement plate material. Further, a highly concentrated cement slurry is charged into and made to pass through the slitlike filter 2 while the filter 2 is vibrated by a vibrator 3. In this case, the weave aperture is defined as the opening width size of the slitlike opening 1 of the slitlike filter 2. Thus it is possible to remove a foreign matter depending upon its size and smoothly remove even the foreign matter of low specific gravity regardless of specific gravity. In addition, the filter 2 is not clogged even when the highly concentrated cement slurry is used during removal of the foreign matter.
