Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make decomposable removable hazardous material such as dioxins or the like from an exhaust gas or an incineration ash by incorporating one or move kinds of salts selected from among alkali metal silicates, fluoride ion, hydrogen carbonate ion and water soluble alcohols or derivatives thereof. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas and incineration ash purifier is composed of one or more kinds of salts selected from among alkali metal silicates, fluoride ion, hydrogen carbonate ion, and water soluble alcohols or their derivatives. At that time the alkali metal silicates mean sodium silicates or the like. Further, ethylene glycol or its derivative is preferable among the water soluble alcohols or their derivatives. The purifier can be directly applied to an exhaust combustion gas and an incineration ash. For example, an incinerator 10 is constituted by arranging respectively an air feed opening 12 to a lower part and a mist hole 14 for charging a mist purifier to an upper part, and arranging an exhaust gas analyzation opening 16 to a chimney.
