Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive and fix a call wire from a sheath pipe for a cable in a single operation and make the wire easily removable. SOLUTION: This retracting jig A is interposed between a sheath pipe and a retracting wire. A pulley 16 is eccentrically mounted in a base plate 11 connected through a lock hole 15 to the retracting wire. A call wire (tension member) 1 from the sheath pipe is inserted in a winding condition as shown by an arrow mark in the drawing (a) between this pulley 16 and a receiving seat 12, and when the wire is pulled in reverse as shown by an arrow mark in this similar drawing (b), the pulley 16 is turned, to come into pressure contact with the receiving seat 12 by interposing the call wire 1. By holding the call wire 1 interposed by the pulley 16 and the receiving seat 12 through this pressure contact, the call wire 1 is integrally formed firmly with the jig A, and it is firmly mounted in the sheath pipe. When the call wire 1 is pulled in a direction of arrow mark in the drawing (a), the pressure contact is released, and the call wire 1 can be easily extracted. That is, the jig A can be easily removed from the sheath pipe.
