PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely sort usage for every discount type by processing to perform print and edit processes in accordance with a set state of print contents of every discount type. SOLUTION: A sequence of processes from calling out goods data for edition for data to be printed to a label to issuing the label is carried out on the basis of a program. In other words, prior to issuing the label, a setting means stores set contents of every discount type, i.e., a fixed price, a fixed discount and a fixed rate reduction as initial data to a backup area set in a RAM 8 of the issuing machine. When discount is allowed, a type of discount is judged, that is, in which manner of the fixed price, the fixed discount and the fixed rate reduction goods are to be sold is judged. A discounted price is processed to be printed and edited according to the judgment result, and then the other than the discounted price is processed to be printed and edited to issue the label. When no discount is allowed, a process of printing and editing without discount is carried out, and the label based on the result is issued.
