PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid fitting support device which can easily perform fitting adjustment of the hearing aid without taking the hearing aid to a shop where the hearing aid was bought by connecting a first transmission/ reception part equipped with a hearing aid parameter transmission means and a second transmission/reception part equipped with the hearing aid parameter reception means with a communication means. SOLUTION: A hearing aid fitting support device 1 comprises a first transmission/reception part 2 and a second transmission/reception part 3, and these are connected with an ISDN 4. The first transmission/reception part 2 comprises a telephone set 9, a hearing aid parameter transmission/reception part 7, a TA 8 and a DSU 9. The second transmission/reception part 3 comprises a DSU 12, a TA 13, a telephone set 14 and a hearing aid parameter transmission/reception part 15. Then, a fitting technician is located on the side of the first transmission/reception part 2 and a hearing aid fitter is located on the side of the second transmission/reception part 3. A hearing aid fitter is located on the side of the second transmission/reception part 3. Thus, it is possible to provide hearing aid fitting services to the hearing aid fitter from a remote place.
