Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assemblability by engaging an engagement part with a part to be engaged when a holder is slided in the direction along a second mounting member, and engaging a locking part with a part to be locked. SOLUTION: A mounting member 4 is provided with a hook 5 and a lock hole, and a bottom surface of a female side holder 17 is provided with a hook insertion hole, a hook engagement part and a lock part. The hook 5 and the hook engagement part are engaged with one another only by inserting the hook 5 from the hook insertion hole and sliding the female side holder 17 along a roof panel (second mounting member) 3. On this occasion, the lock part and the lock hole are engaged with one another, and the female holder 17 can be easily fixed to the roof panel 3. When an overhead module 1 is moved close to the roof panel 3, an engagement part of a female connector 14 is connected to an engagement part of a male connector 12 while moved in the transverse advancing direction, so that they can be connected to one another even through the space in the depth direction is narrow.
