Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inspect and clean the interior of piping with branches and to easily perform work even in a narrow place. SOLUTION: Wires 83 are passed through each of guides 67-1,..., 67-4 and an inlet guide 77. The wires 83 are pulled in directions A, and the ends of the wires 83 are fixed to specified spots. A guide connecting body 71 is thereby formed as one cylindrical body, and the whole guide connecting body 71 is supported to bases 81 by fixing link mechanisms 79 of the inlet guide 77 to the bases 81. The guide 67-4 is provided with a camera 85 and a luminaire, and the camera 85 picks up the internal image of a trunk pipe. The image of a master controller or the like moving inside the trunk pipe can be picked up by the camera 85. A guard 91 is normally disposed inside the guide 67-4 and protruded in a direction B when the guide connecting body 71 is installed in a main pipe, so as to prevent the master controller from coming in direct contact with a wall surface.
