Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain graceful externals without causing a space in its vertical direction regardless of an unequal distance between a floor surface and an lower edge of a wall panel, and facilitate installation work on manufacture and on the site, in an assembly wall for supportably placing freely to adjust up and down the wall panel on a base rail. SOLUTION: A wall panel 1 having a panel front face part 10 and a panel lateral face part 11 bent backwardly from both side edges of the panel front face part is supportably placed freely to adjust up and down on a base rail 3 on a floor surface S, and an inserting groove 12 opened downward is provided on the panel lateral face part. A baseboard 13 is so composed that a lower edge 14 of the baseboard abuts on a floor surface, a top edge 16 of the baseboard is inserted in the inserting groove in a loosely fitting state, and a rear surface of the baseboard 13 is held joining to a vertically external surface 4 of the base rail by means for connecting surfaces.
