Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an interval between adjacent holes constantly by drilling an endless belt in the state that the belt is mounted at a forming shaft in a method for manufacturing the belt having the step of drilling the holes at the belt at equal intervals along a circumferential direction of the belt. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a plastic belt comprises the steps of obtaining an endless belt 16 made of a solid coating layer, and drilling holes at the belt 16 at an equal interval along a circumferential direction of the belt in the state that the belt 16 is mounted at an endless belt forming shaft 20. The method further comprises the steps of drawing the shaft 20 from the belt 16, and then cutting both ends of the belt 16 to a predetermined length, thereby obtaining the plastic belt as a product. Thus, the intervals of the holes can be set constantly. |
