Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement the joining excellent in productivity and workability, and high in accuracy by charging a green sheet of a brazing tiller metal between a metal-ceramic composite material with an Al alloy as a matrix and other materials, and implementing the heat treatment. SOLUTION: A green sheet made of a brazing filler metal in a state of powders is charged between a metal-ceramic composite material with an Al alloy as a matrix and a similar or dissimilar material thereto, the heat treatment is heat-treated to join the composite material with other material. Al alloy powder mainly consisting of atomized Al is preferably used for the brazing filler metal. The Al alloy powder is preferably one in which the atomized powder is further worked into flakes. Since the green sheet is flexible and plastic, its workability is excellent, and the sheet is not shifted because the sheet is appropriately adhesive. In addition, the accuracy of the thickness of the sheet is excellent, materials can be closely attached to each other without any clearance therebetween only by lightly pressing the materials.
