Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve capacitance, internal resistance, dielectric loss, and impedance from a low frequency to a high frequency, suppress stress in terms of a process, and improve heat resistance by containing a conductive polyaniline particle, aniline, organic sulfonic acid, water, and an organic solvent. SOLUTION: A polyaniline particle has emeraldine base structure where aniline is polymerized as a main constituent, and is preferable to have a conductivity of 0.1 S/cm or higher in terms of internal resistance. Aniline is subjected to chemical oxidation polymerization into an acid solution using ammonium peroxodisulfate as an oxidizer to create powder-shaped polyaniline. As an organic sulfonic acid, polyaniline being subjected to chemical oxidation polymerization is selected in terms of heat resistance and conductivity. Water that does not contain any ionizable impurities or organic matters and is subjected to ion exchange and distillation is used and should be 27-90 wt.% for the total amount of each constituent. Any substance that can be mixed with water at a free ratio may be used as an organic solvent.
