Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost, improve energy efficiency, facilitate assembling of a cell, and to maintain performance for a long time by using a perphloro sulfonate film as solid polyelectrolyte. SOLUTION: A perphloro sulfonate film is constituted with repeating units represented by formulas I and II. Ratio of numbers of two kinds of repeating units, namely repeating units represented by formula I/repeating units represented by formula II, is 1.5-10. The perphloro sulfonate film is produced by co-polymerizing tetraphloro ethylene and a perphlorovinyl ether monomer represented by CF2=CFO(CF2)3SO2F, forming it in 100-300 μm in thickness, and performing hydrolysis. This perphlorovinyl ether monomer does not cause cyclization reaction during co-polymerization, high ion exchange capacity can be realized keeping mechanical strength, and energy efficiency of a battery is improved. |
