Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous flux image formation surface adjustment method for easily adjusting an image formation surface and can miniaturize an optical head and reduce its weight. SOLUTION: A collimator lens 200 is arranged in the common light path between a dichroic prism 106 and an objective lens 29, the collimator lens 200 is moved in the direction of a light axis and the luminous flux of one light source 22b is set to parallel light, and a light source 22a is moved in the direction of a light axis so that a surface where the parallel light forms an image by the objective lens coincides with a surface where the luminous flux of the other light source 2a forms an image by the objective lens for adjusting a luminous flux image formation surface.
