Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater pump controller capable of properly and economically controlling a group of rainwater pumps even in the case of a sudden rainfall. SOLUTION: First of all, a rainwater pump controller 10 decides a weather mode based on the amount of rainfall from a rain gauge 4 and the arterial water level from a water level indicator 5 by means of a weather mode decision device 12. Then, a plurality of fuzzy rule tables are switched on the basis of the weather mode by a fuzzy operation device 13, and starting/stopping water level correction value is obtained by a fuzzy operation combining a pumping well water level with a pumping well water level variable amount. After that, the starting/stopping water level correction value obtained by a starting/stopping water level operation device 14 is added to a starting/stopping water level setting set in advance to perform operation of the starting/stopping water level. Finally, starting/stopping timing or the like of rainwater pumps 2 is controlled on the basis of the starting/stopping water level calculated by a pump controller 5 and the pumping well water level measured by a pumping well water level indicator 3.
