Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crack by dropping a heavy weight plate on the surface of sintering raw material corresponding to the joint position between pallets till igniting after charging the sintering raw material and forming push-recessed part. SOLUTION: In the case of forming the push-recessed part just above the position corresponding to the joint position 31 between the pallets 19, 19, he heavy weight plate 1 supported so as to be vertically movable to columns 22a, 22b arranged on fixed frames separately arranged to both sides of the pallet 19, is vertically moved by way of the transferring of the pallet 19 to form the push-recessed part. The depth of the push-recessed part has desirably 5-10% of the layer thickness of the sintering raw material 50. In this way, the generation of irregular, large and harmful crack is prevented and the detachment of the sintered ore from the pallet 19 in the ore discharging part is facilitated, and the sintered ore which has little deviation by preventing the clogging in a spillage chute and regularly dropping to a crusher with the min. crack, is obtd., and the yield can be improved.
