Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet free from tackiness at normal temperature and exhibiting tacky adhesivity by heating in high production efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive adhesive sheet is produced by a adhesive application process to coat a surface of a substrate with a delayed adhesive agent composed of a thermoplastic resin, a solid plasticizer and a tackifier and a printing process to print the other face of the substrate. These processes are continuously carried out in the order or reverse order using a printer. The speed of the adhesive application process and the printing process is e.g. about 50-150 m/min. The drying temperature of the adhesive application process is e.g. about 50-100 deg.C. A gravure printer, etc., can be used as the printer. The melting point of the solid plasticizer is e.g. about 70-120 deg.C. |
