Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss ratio of IP packets, to shorten transfer delay time or the like and to stably execute high quality service by providing the transmitting means for transmitting a packet received by a terminal in a 1st local area network(LAN) from the terminal of the LAN to its corresponding receiving means. SOLUTION: A gateway 121 allows plural Internet side interfaces 132 to 134 to transmit an IP packet received from a terminal 101 in an LAN-A by a LAN-A side interface 122. Plural Internet side interfaces 132 to 134 in the gateway 121 of the LAN-A are allowed to correspond to plural Internet side interfaces 172 to 174 in a gateway 17 of a LAN-B, and when either one of the interfaces 172 to 174 receives a certain IP packet first, the interface concerned transmits the IP packet to a terminal 161 in the LAN-B through a LAN-B side interface 179. |
