Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of detection of an emergency traveling state such as puncture of a tire by outputting a periodic vibration showing the emergency traveling state in superposition with a rotating speed output signal in the emergency traveling state, and detecting the superposition in a signal processing device to generate an alarm signal. SOLUTION: Sensor devices 2-5 for detecting the rotating speed signal of each wheel are attached to individual wheels 6-9, and the respective rotating speed signals are transferred to a central arithmetic unit. In the central arithmetic unit, the rotating speed signal of each wheel is evaluated and compared in a signal processing device, and an alarm signal is displayed on a display device 10 according to the comparison result. Namely, a first periodic vibration continuously present first periodic vibration is supplied to the signal processing device in proportion to the wheel rotating speed, and a different periodic vibration is superposed on the first vibration and supplied to the signal processing device in an emergency traveling state. The superposition of both the vibrations is detected and processed in the signal processing device to generate the alarm signal.
