Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent color powder from being peeled off by taking and fixing the color powder for adjusting color tone on the surface of a brick molded of a ground product of tiles into a binder for the brick. SOLUTION: Molding of a brick 1 is performed by sucking a hermetic film on a brick mold and bringing the film into intimate contact with the brick mold and after a color powder is distributed on this hermetic film, a ground product of tiles kneaded with a binder 2 of an acrylic aqueous emulsion is fed to mold a green brick and after it is demolded, while the surface of the green brick is covered with the hermetic film, the binder 2 is enough leached out on the surface of the film to take and fix the color powder 3 stuck on the surface of the green brick into the binder 2 and thereafter, the hermetic film is removed and the green brick is dried and cured to produce the brick 1.
