SOLUTION: When the order of a new item is received, item registering operation is performed at an item registration station 110. At this time, property information having a close client name and a close item name is retrieved from property information on past items and its operation indication information is displayed on the screen of the item registration station 110 as the initial value of the operation indication information for the new item. This constitution makes it easy to makes an operation indication similar to past operation indicating information without indicating new items, one by one, so the burden on the person in charge of operation indication is reduced and operation misindications can be decreased.
