SOLUTION: A personal computer 1 collates the invalid card information recorded on a memory card 7 with the invalid card information to be written to the memory card 7 by classifications and discriminates whether the writing of alteration is acceptable or not by classifications. Only when the results of the discrimination fulfills the condition of the alteration writing, individually collated invalid card information candidates are handled as the invalid card information to be written to the memory card 7 and written to the memory card 7.
