Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable material composition, a container made from the composition and a soil conditioning material, the component consisting the container or the container material of which is, after the waste disposal of the container, degraded in a short period of time by the degrading action of microbes, in the sunshine, ultraviolet rays or the like into harmless soils, resulting in utilizing a degraded substance as a soil conditioning material or the like and, at the same time, is a biodegradable material composition excellent in mechanical physical properties such as the rigidity, strength, shape retention or the like at use, the container made from this composition and a soil conditioning material utilizing this composition. SOLUTION: This biodegradable material composition is made of a mixed material prepared by mixing 60-90% of grinding vegetable stock mainly consisting of chaff and 10-40% of a biodegradable substance including a binder. A container can be formed from this biodegradable material composition. After the use as the container, the composition can be degraded by the biodegrading action of microbes and the sunshine and ultraviolet rays. After its degradation, a container material itself can be utilized as a soil conditioning material. |
