Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise by laminating at least a 1st reflecting layer, a 1st dielectric layer, a 2nd reflecting layer, a recording layer and a 2nd dielectric layer on a substrate. SOLUTION: A 1st reflecting layer 12 comprising a metal having high reflectance and heat conductivity, e.g. Al, Al alloy, Ag, Au or Cu is laminated on a substrate 11 comprising glass, polycarbonate, an amorphous polyolefin or the like. A 1st dielectric layer 13 is formed on the 1st reflecting layer 12 by using silicon nitride, germanium nitride or a dielectric obtained by adding <=30 at.% hydrogen to these. A 2nd reflecting layer 14 is formed on the 1st dielectric layer 13 by using the same metal as the metal of the 1st reflecting layer. A recording layer 15 is formed by using a magnetic film of TbFeCo, TbDyFeCo, NdDyFeCo or the like having high perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and coercive force. A 2nd dielectric layer 16 is formed by using silicon nitride, germanium nitride or a dielectric obtained by adding <=30 at.% hydrogen to these.
