Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of contrast even in the case of receiving a light. SOLUTION: A static image signal has little different time with respect to each of display devices 6, and is an image signal which becomes a continuous action as a whole image when seen from a moving body such as a train. Since the image is given as an electric signal, rewriting of the content of a picture memory is sufficient for changing the content of the image. Therefore, any image can be displayed and plural images can be displayed, too. A multiple image is prevented by shortening an image display time compared with a display suspending time of the image, to thereby obtain a more natural and clear image. Light absorbers 104 as a contrast improving means are arranged on the periphery of the display device 6. Since the external light, such as the light of a train or the like, can be prevented from being superimposed on an image display face by the light absorbers 104, the contrast of the image can be improved.
