Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure preventing shaping by wind for a base-isolation dwelling capable of realizing quick execution by simple operation by fixing a plurality of jacks on the lower face of a sill constituting a base-isolation structure, and pressure-contacting the tip of the expansion-contraction member on the ground. SOLUTION: A plurality of jacks 6 are fixed on the lower face of a sill 3 constituting a base isolation structure 1 base-isolated by a base-isolation device 4. The drive parts 6a of those jacks 6 are driven to extend expansion- contraction rods 6c housed in cylinder parts 6b, and contact plates 6e fixed on the lower ends of the expansion and contraction rods 6c are pressure- contacted to a ground 2. The contact plate 6e is not fixed on the ground 2, but even in the case where force applied in the lateral direction acts thereon, a large resistance acts, and shaking by wind of the base isolation structure 1 is effectively prevented. Operation for preventing wind shaking is very simple, and highly precise positioning is not require, so quick execution thereof can be realized.
