Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight form with high rigidity and low in heat conductivity of the sheathing board parts, with concrete hardly sticking to the surfaces of the sheathing board parts. SOLUTION: This form for a resin house foundation is provided with sheathing board parts 2 forming concrete placing faces; a plurality of longitudinal plate like ribs 4 extending in the longitudinal direction of the sheathing board parts 2 and a plurality of lateral plate like ribs 5 extending in the lateral direction, formed on the back face side of the sheathing board parts 2 and having specified height in the projecting direction from the back faces of the sheathing board parts 2; and a plurality of auxiliary plate like ribs 6 provided alternately in line with at least one of the longitudinal plate like ribs 4 and lateral plate like ribs 5 and lower in height than the longitudinal plate like ribs 4 and lateral plate like ribs 5.
